Medical and scientific development
“We are human beings with strengths and also with shortcomings. Our body and mind sometimes suffer, but there are also tools to help the temporary or chronic problems that exist, we see and feel to be resolved or at least made more bearable. To do this, we want to support projects and initiatives whose purpose is to heal, accompany and help.”
– Marisa Bautista, Director of the JLGB Association –
At the JLGB Association we contribute to the development of scientific and health projects and initiatives that promote research and other actions aimed at improving the quality of human life.
In this line, our work focuses on contributing to making progress and development possible for all human beings, promoting initiatives that encourage research and advance the search for solutions for rare diseases, oncological, neurological, infectious, cardiovascular and other types of pathologies or physical and mental conditions that still require support and solutions to ensure the improvement of the quality of life and diagnosis of people who suffer from them.
We also support initiatives or projects focused on promoting mental and physical health, on the transmission of knowledge from the laboratory to practice, on multi-level dissemination and awareness, on supporting those affected, their families, health professionals and the scientific community.
